Bridge collapses Twice in less than a year

Punch Newspaper reports that A portion of a vital link bridge in Apete area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital has collapsed for the second time, in less than a year. This is a disgrace. The contractors who were awarded the repair of the bridge should be sued. I am surprised things like this still happen in the country.
