1.7bn FINE ON NETWORK GIANTS

Just heard that the NCC is seeking court order to shutdown MTN, ETISALAT, AIRTEL, and GLO in ABUJA for poor services. Personally I would like to know where the money paid by these telecom giants go. The NCC wants to shut down their operations in abuja and this would effect the subscribers who they are fighting for. I think the NCC should look for better ways to punish these telecom companies (Like asking them to give free credit to the affected subscribers) and not put the subscribers through hell.
